The Administrator can:

  • Make enhancements to the system as needed.

  • Use standard table driven rules for pension and eligibility plans without sytem modification.

  • Utilize standard user roles and permissions or create custom roles and permissions for each user of the system and thereby limit the functionality of the system for each user.

  • Offer eligibility and pension plans for union and union employees.

  • Provide the ability to enable employers to enter hours for their employees, thus assuring the employer that the hours were entered correctly.

  • Utilize the hours entered to calculate individual employee and dependents eligibility based upon defined union rules.

  • Enter eligibility information directly into the Administrator adjudications system via HIPAA compliant ANSI 834 transactions.

  • Distribute the system to interested parties for use over the internet, such as, employers and unions, utilizing user roles and permissions.

  • Utilize the system over the internet as is without the need of a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol.

  • Determine the work load of claim processors by union account and employer.

  • Create 834’s individually or batches.

  • 834 batches may include complete updates or only employees with new or changed information.

  • Interface electronically with Administrator accounting system through custom modules.

  • Reduces data entry costs using automatic hours entry.
