Build Your Own Reports
|
|
The following are the steps to create your own reports in Taft-Hartley.
|
|
1). Using Crystal Reports, create your report, for example 'Member Detail Report (by Member).rpt'.
|
|
2). On the Taft-Hartley server, drop the report into an existing report folder or create
a new folder.
|
|
3). Add a report decription using a utility from the Taft-Hartley forms program.
|
|
|
|
FOLDER
|
The folder where the report is located on the Taft-Hartley server.
|
|
REPORT
|
The report name. This will be automatically populated the first time
the report is ran.
|
|
DESC
|
Enter the description of what the report does. This value will be displayed when
the user mouses over the report in the Report Viewer form.
|
|
|
4). Run the report from the Report Viewer form.
