Build Your Own Reports

The following are the steps to create your own reports in Taft-Hartley.

1). Using Crystal Reports, create your report, for example 'Member Detail Report (by Member).rpt'.
2). On the Taft-Hartley server, drop the report into an existing report folder or create a new folder.
3). Add a report decription using a utility from the Taft-Hartley forms program.

Rpt Desc

FOLDER The folder where the report is located on the Taft-Hartley server.
REPORT The report name. This will be automatically populated the first time the report is ran.
DESC Enter the description of what the report does. This value will be displayed when the user mouses over the report in the Report Viewer form.


4). Run the report from the Report Viewer form.
