Form Description
The Detail Hours form is used to enter the detail hours information for each employee. If the employee is on a regular pay schedule, his information may be automatically entered.
The Reciprocal Hours form tracks incoming reciprocal hours. It allows multiple rate categories and multiple dates to be entered for a single batch transaction.
The Summary Hours form is used to record summary fund totals for comparison to detail hours information. If there is more than one fund per rate category, these values are automatically entered.
