We provide HIPAA compliant Taft-Hartley software for use by Third Party Administrators (TPA's) in their administration of union pension and benefit funds for medical claim processing. This system enables the employer to enter each employee's hours on-line, rather than requiring the employer to fill out paper forms for entry by the TPA. Employee eligibility can be calculated based upon weeks, months or quarters worked and the system uses the standard ANSI 834 transaction set to communicate with adjudication systems.
